Lesson Three – Shape Prints

This art and design teaching pack for Key Stage One gets the children to explore and test some of the different ways of shaping materials to use when printing the designs for flags that can be flown over a castle.

The class can suggest and model how to produce special shapes to represent different parts of a castle such as the battlements or portcullis to use when creating the flag designs.
