Lesson One – Prefix Word Match

This English teaching pack for Key Stage Two gets the children to play word games to match the prefixes super, mis and dis to different word roots to use in example sentences about a range of story settings.

The class can practise using some of the prefixed words to describe a family visit to a seaside location as part of the events that might occur in a narrative story.
