Activities in this teaching pack include an assessment test to assess understanding of how to measure and calculate lengths complete with a marking scheme and matching record sheet and a worksheet to help the children assess their own progress for the National Curriculum programmes of study about measuring and adding and subtracting a range of different lengths in whole centimetres.

This lesson is part of a maths scheme of work to assess abilities in estimating, measuring and comparing a range of different measurements for length, mass and capacity.
