This assembly scheme of work for Key Stage One gets the children to investigate and reflect on some of the special events and experiences that might happen in the life of a family. The class can explain how they might support someone else in their family in both spiritual and physical ways.

Growing and Changing

Investigate and describe some of the roles and responsibilities that are required to feed, clean and exercise different pets owned by a family
