Activities in this teaching pack include a set of differentiated templates to identify and record how to use a standard written method to add pairs of six digit numbers for core and extension ability levels and pairs of five digit numbers for support ability levels.
The interactive presentation gets the children to explore how to add pairs of numbers with place value to millions using standard written methods of addition calculation.
