This physical education scheme of work for Key Stage Two gets the children to practise, develop and model a range of different attacking, possession and defending skills when playing a small sided team game of football. The class can teach some of the skills that they have learnt to other pupils in the school.

Practise and model different skills of controlling and moving a football around the pitch and towards the goal as part of a small sided team game

Develop and play some small sided team games to teach ball skills to other pupils in the school that are needed when scoring goals to try and win a game of football
