Activities in this teaching pack include differentiated worksheets to generate and record a range of different numbers to compare by their place value working with five digit numbers for core and extension ability levels and four digit numbers for support ability levels.

The interactive presentation gets the children to explore how to build a selection of five digit numbers by combining tens of thousands, thousands, hundreds, tens and ones.
