Rainforest Conservation

This geography scheme of work for Key Stage Two gets the children to identify, illustrate and debate different reasons as to how and why tropical rainforests should be protected and conserved for the future. The class can present some of the advantages or disadvantages of forms of rainforest development.

Investigate how to identify and debate a range of different viewpoints relating to the destruction and preservation of the rainforest
