Lesson Three – Class Favourites

Activities in this teaching pack include display posters to identify numbers of favourite colours, foods and animals recorded on pictograms and templates to record information about favourites belonging to other pupils in the class and make lists about favourite objects on different topics and themes.
The interactive presentation gets the children to explore how to produce lists using pictograms to record favourite objects belonging to classmates.
This lesson is part of a curriculum topic scheme of work to get the children to identify and learn classroom routines and organisation by exploring and describing information and likes and dislikes about each of their classmates.
