Activities in this teaching pack include a set of cards to match the numerals to five with the correct quantities of objects used when growing vegetables and a template to identify and record matching sets of apples to match each of the numbers to five.
The interactive presentation gets the children to explore how to count and write quantities of different objects that can match the number four.
This lesson is part of a numeracy scheme of work to get the children to practise counting and labelling sets of different objects by writing and matching the numerals for each of the numbers to five.
