Lesson Four – Cafe Sandwiches

This design technology teaching pack for Key Stage One gets the children to practise sequencing and following a set of instructions to make a range of sandwiches using different fillings that can be sold to customers in a cafe.
The class can identify and explain how to prepare a selection of different foods for sandwich fillings by measuring, cutting and shaping each of the different materials.
