Activities in this teaching pack include a set of display posters to identify and learn vocabulary words that can be used to name different pieces of school equipment and subject lessons, activity cards to select and match the names of tools and equipment used at school and a worksheet to practise writing word phrases to name things matching different lesson subjects.

The interactive presentation gets the children to identify and practise pronouncing the names of some of the different tools and equipment that could be used for lesson subjects at school using French vocabulary.

This lesson is part of a languages scheme of work to get the children to learn and practise speaking and writing French vocabulary and word phrases to describe some of the special things that can happen and are used in a school. There are teaching activities for shared learning, differentiated worksheets to support independent learning and interactive presentations to introduce concepts and key skills.
