This languages scheme of work for Key Stage Two gets the children to learn and practise using correct French vocabulary words and phrases to describe different things connected to family life. The class can model how to write phrases in French to say how families might do different things in their lives.

Learn and practise using French vocabulary to identify and match the names for different animals that can be kept as pets by a family

Shopping
Learn and use French the correct vocabulary words and phrases to identify the names of different shops and pieces of equipment that can be used when shopping for something

Practise using facts in each of the times tables to support the division of pairs of numbers when solving a range of problems
