Friendship Skills

Activities in this teaching pack include a shared reading text to identify a range of different skills that can be utilised when working with other pupils in the class, a worksheet to assess skills in working with classmates to use when setting targets for the forthcoming year and a template to record a set of instructions to show the the best ways of working with classmates to outline possible targets.
The interactive presentation gets the children to explore how to compose a set of instructions about how to be a good friend in terms of personal, social and academic skills and abilities.
