Italian Pasta Salad

This design technology scheme of work for Key Stage Two gets the children to design and prepare a recipe for a pasta salad for an airline meal using different foods that are grown and produced in Italy. The class can evaluate different pastas to use for the salad and practise preparing selected vegetables to match the theme.
