This geography scheme of work for Key Stage One gets the children to identify, describe and compare the physical and political geography of different locations that families could visit on holiday. The class can design posters, compose letters and write recounts to make comparisons between different locations.

Practise writing and presenting a diary entry to describe and illustrate some of the different jobs that can be performed in either a farm or factory location
