Activities in this teaching pack include display posters to count each of the numbers to twenty in digits and shape diagrams and sets of cards practise counting in steps from one to twenty using the correct numerical digits and the matching shape diagrams.
The interactive presentation gets the children to explore how to count and match sequences of each of the numbers to twenty when counting in steps of one.
This lesson is part of a numeracy scheme of work to get the children to identify and model how to count in different steps to twenty working with concrete equipment and pictorial diagrams to complete each set of numbers.
