Lesson Three – Seaside Rhymes

Activities in this teaching pack include a shared reading text to identify rhyming words in sentences about events and experiences that might happen on a seaside holiday, templates to select and record vocabulary words that can be joined to build simple sentences about a visit to the seaside and a worksheet to play a game to identify and match the final sounds that can be heard in different cvc words.
The interactive presentation gets the children to explore how to write sentences and word phrases to recount events and experiences that might happen on a seaside holiday.
