Investigate and describe some of the different characters, settings and plot events that feature in a traditional story and identify final sounds in a range of cvc words

(E) Jack and the Beanstalk

Explore, role-play and change the sequence of narrative events that occur in a traditional story and select and match cvc words with the same final phoneme sounds

(F) Family Holiday

Identify and recount events and experiences to describe what happened when on holiday at the seaside using sentences in the past tense
