Lesson One – Moses’ Childhood

Activities in this teaching pack include a shared reading text to describe the sequence of events in a story from the Bible about Moses’ childhood and a worksheet to retell a story from the Bible using drama by extending a play script about the early life of Moses.

The interactive presentation can be used to explore how to use drama to explore and present information about the early life of a significant figure from the Old Testament.

This lesson is part of a religious education scheme of work to get the children to explore and record the life and achievements of Moses from the Old Testament in the Christian Bible and his impact on the development of Christianity.
