Number Ordering

This maths scheme of work for Key Stage One gets the children to identify and record how to order and sequence different sets of numbers when completing matching number lines and models. The class can use concrete objects and pictorial diagrams to illustrate how to order the identified numbers.

Number Paths
Practise counting forward to ten using matching sets of concrete objects and numbers that have been recorded in both words and digits

Number Squares
Identify and record how to complete different sections of number squares to record the order of sets of matching numbers to one hundred

Door Numbers
Practise using tables to order and sort some of the sets of door numbers that have been collected in a street or road that is close to the school
