Activities in this teaching pack include a vocabulary word bank to select words to use in sentences describing the sequence of events in a narrative story about a family event and a template to record what might happen in a story with a familiar setting about a problem faced by a family.

The interactive presentation gets the children to explore how to compose the narrative for a story to show how someone might fix a problem that could occur in their family.
