Activities in this teaching pack include display posters to present the word miracle for use in the assembly when discussing a story from the Bible and shared reading texts to identify and describe events in a story from the Bible about faith and read a prayer about religious faith through the actions of Jesus.
The interactive presentation gets the children to investigate how faith can be demonstrated through some of the miracles that were performed by Jesus in a story from the Bible.
This assembly can support development in exploring the meaning and difference between magic and miracles based on faith. There are teaching activities for shared learning and reflection and an interactive presentation to introduce concepts and key skills.
