Flower Crucifix

This art and design teaching pack for all year groups gets the children to select and use a range of special materials to produce models of flowers that can be used to symbolise new life at Easter when arranged on a cross shape.

The class can explain how the crucifixion of Jesus by the Romans led to his resurrection a few days later which can be represented by flowers growing in the spring.
