Activities in this teaching pack include a shared reading text to identify and describe the sequence of events in a story from the Bible about the birth of Jesus, a worksheet to write a recount of a scene from the Nativity story from the viewpoint of one of the characters, a vocabulary word bank to select time adverbials to sequence events in recount writing and a template to structure and format a recount of scene in the Nativity story from the viewpoint of one of the characters.
