Activities in this teaching pack include display posters to explain where different weather patterns might be experienced in the world, a template to select and record information about the forecasted weather for a particular country and a set of cards to use when presenting a weather forecast for a particular country or location in the world.

The interactive presentation can be used to explore how to research and present weather information and daily forecasts for different countries and locations around the world.

This lesson is part of a geography scheme of work to get the children to identify, describe and compare the effect of different types of weather on a range of locations that can be found around the world.
