Lesson Two – Spring Sentences

Activities in this teaching pack include a shared reading text to identify and explain how poets use special language to describe and compare objects, ideas and feelings when reading A Spring Carol by Robert Louis Stevenson and a set of differentiated worksheets to select modal verbs to add to and use in example sentences to describe the possibility or certainty of events that might happen during the spring.
