Lesson Two – Tree Shadows

This art and design teaching pack for Key Stage Two gets the children to practise selecting and adding some different shaped shadows to show how light can fall on objects that have been depicted and modelled in paintings.
The children can explore and record how to use a range of pencil tones to indicate the shadows of different objects that can be seen around the school playground and field.
