Activities in this teaching pack include a set of worksheets to plan and record how to construct models of different types of furniture to match success criteria when working with mouldable materials including a dining tables, toy cupboards, computer chairs and double beds.
This lesson is part of a design technology scheme of work to get the children to explore how to design and create a range of different constructions using special materials to match selected success criteria. There are teaching activities for shared learning, differentiated worksheets to support independent learning and interactive presentations to introduce concepts and key skills.
