How to renew your subscription with Clickprimary

Please use the information below to find answers to any queries that you might have about subscribing to Clickprimary and using our teaching resources. If you cannot find the information that you need then please contact us so that we can help further.

If you have signed up for a Clickprimary taster account then your subscription will expire after one month. Taster accounts allow you to access a selection of our schemes of work, lesson plans, activity worksheets and interactive presentations for free. If you no longer wish to use your taster subscription then you can use the link in the help section to close the account or please contact us for help.

If you have signed up for a Clickprimary Key Stage or Plus account then your subscription will end at the end of the summer term. The expiry date of your subscription will show in the account section. Your card information will not be retained and your account will not automatically renew in the future. There is no need to cancel the subscription as it will automatically end after the subscription has completed.

If you wish to continue your subscription after it has expired then you will need to buy a new subscription pass. School and annual subscriptions will be available to purchase from the beginning of August 2025. When logged into the site please click on account on the menu and choose the option to change your membership level to purchase a new Key Stage or Plus subscription. If you no longer wish to use your subscription then you can use the link in the help section to close the account or please contact us for help.

Please note that we do not offer any refunds of payments for subscription passes unless under exceptional circumstances. If you have purchased a Key Stage or Plus subscription but have not downloaded any teaching packs within fourteen days then you can make a claim for a refund.
