Lesson One – What Shops

The interactive presentation gets the children to explore how to identify, describe and compare some of different types of shops that can be found in the local area.
This lesson is part of a curriculum topic scheme of work to get the children to explore the locations and functions of different shops that can be found in the local area and identify and compare products that are sold in each shop. There are teaching activities for shared learning, differentiated worksheets to support independent learning and interactive presentations to introduce concepts and key skills.
